Description
What is the Difference Between Cladding, Slips and Veneers?
- Natural Stone Cladding Panels: These modular panels fit together to create a continuous finish for straight walls and corners. Standard flat panels measure 215mm x 550mm with a thickness of 30-50mm. For smaller spaces, mini stacked stone panels (6-15mm thick) provide a highly textured 3D effect.
- Natural Stone Slips: Cut from full-sized pieces of facing stone, these individual pieces are 100% solid stone at just 15-30mm thick. Available in rubble, random, and semi-coursed build styles to match specific regional aesthetics.
- Pre-Cast Stone Veneers: A manufactured alternative made in England from high-quality concrete and aggregate. These are significantly lighter than natural stone and range between 20-60mm thick, making them highly versatile for restricted weight limits.
